A roadside cafe-restaurant on Jalan Raya Uluwatu in the Jimbaran fishing village, opened in 2012 by Belgian design-and-restaurateur couple Blaise Samoy and Zohra Boukhari, in a vintage-European-meets-colonial interior full of antiques the pair collected across the archipelago; the menu is Indonesian-led, with a multi-dish rijsttafel as the signature spread, rounded out by European and fusion plates.
